Theresa Smith

Theresa has over three decades of experience in the administrative field at the University of Maryland. With her extensive knowledge of the campus and the university system, she creates goodwill for CLOC throughout the university. As the office business manager, she provides budget and financial assistance. Additionally, she supports the entire CLOC team with scheduling, program logistics, proofreading, project management, and just about everything else.
