Katie Hershey Conlon
Katie frames her approach to consulting, training, facilitating, and leadership coaching with her expertise in positive organizational development, strengths-based leadership, and the science of well-being. She brings over 20 years of leadership, training, and facilitation experience to her work with CLOC. On-campus since 2005, Katie enjoys working with clients to develop leadership skills, manage organizational change, and increase engagement and well-being for them and their teams. She is a certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Fierce Conversations Facilitator, and is also trained in Appreciative Inquiry, Polarities, Gallup's Q12 Engagement survey, and the Hay Group's ESCI 360 tool. She manages curriculum development for some of CLOC's signature learning and development programs, including Sharpen my Saw, CliftonStrengths, CLOC's Thrive Thursday series, and the new Excellence in Supervision program. In addition to her work with CLOC, Katie has taught a 6-month certification program in applied positive psychology through The Flourishing Center. She holds a master's degree in applied positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in counseling and personnel services from the University of Maryland.
