Who we are

We are a group of organizational development and leadership consultants and coaches who come from various disciplines and backgrounds and share a common desire to work with individuals and groups to be their best.

Part of the Office of the Senior Vice President and Provost, CLOC serves all administrative and academic units on campus and partners with external agencies and organizations.

Our vision is for an institution that succeeds because its people flourish.

We realize our vision through our mission by supporting the University and its people in doing their best work by partnering to solve problems and develop possibilities.

• We love our work and want you to feel good about your work, too. While we obviously consider the tone and nature of your goals, when appropriate, we incorporate a sense of levity and fun. Addressing complex organizational issues doesn't have to feel like having a root canal. For that we can recommend a good dentist.
