Krystal Clark

Organizational Learning Specialist

Krystal believes the workplace can be a better place for most people. She brings over 17 years of higher education experience with her background in student affairs, leadership development, and employee learning and engagement. Krystal is a Gallup- certified CliftonStrengths Coach and is certified in Technology of Participation facilitation methods.

“Everybody Got Their Something” by Nikka Costa is a song on the playlist that guides her work because Krystal firmly believes that we all have something special about us and that there’s room for all of us to shine. She encourages others to take the worthwhile path of investing in the development of their strengths in the pursuit of finding personal and professional success.

Krystal holds a B.A. is Sociology/Psychology from the College of William & Mary and an M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland, College Park. She facilitates Rmrkblty’s #IAmRemarkable program, and serves as a speaker, facilitator, and consultant for nonprofits, small businesses, and women’s fraternal organizations.
