Once you’ve completed a Start with Strengths session, deepen your understanding and application through our Strengths in Action experiences. These in-person group sessions help you name, claim, and aim your strengths for personal and professional success. Sessions are $25 per person.Strengths and Feedback

In this session you have the chance to reflect on past feedback experiences to gain insights about your strengths and learn how to effectively give and receive feedback using a strengths-based approach.
Using Strengths to Get Things Done

Prerequisite: Completion of a Start with Strengths session. Explore strategies for aiming your strengths and using what comes naturally to you to accomplish your goals and learn how to better manage weaknesses by calling on complementary partners.
