Managing Transitions Book Club

Five 90-minute interactive group sessions

With your colleagues and a CLOC consultant, make your way through William Bridges’ classic change management book, Managing Change - Making the Most of Transitions. Over the four weeks, you and your colleagues will create actionable plans to successfully navigate workplace changes. Before each session, participants receive reading assignments and thought-provoking questions. During the sessions, you will engage in discussions related to the readings and questions, and develop action plans based on the insights gained.
